My New Affiliate Marketer “Must Have” Accessory

(This post may contain paid links for which I earn a commission. I rarely review products on this site, as I usually focus on affiliate marketing strategies. However, when a friend reached out to me on LinkedIn about a product she’s working on, I knew it aligned perfectly with both writing about and actually doing affiliate marketing!)
Affiliate Marketing on the Road
My last three blog posts have been focused on travel, emphasizing that one of the best aspects of being an affiliate marketer is the freedom to work from anywhere. Now that I’m an empty nester, I’m fully embracing this! Today, I’m even working from my happiest place—Disney World!
Less Productive With Just One Laptop Screen?
At home, I have three screens set up in a specific order, allowing me to multitask efficiently—copying and pasting content, comparing things, or watching videos while working on other tasks. While traveling, however, my productivity often drops significantly because one laptop screen just isn’t enough. I spend too much time switching between tabs, and it’s hard to zoom in on details when creating posts or images.
Finding a Solution: Xebec Tri-Screen 2
When Blagica reached out about reviewing the Xebec Tri-Screen 2 and joining their affiliate program, I was thrilled at the opportunity. I’ve always wanted a product that would enhance my productivity while traveling. While my husband’s portable second screen improved things slightly, it wasn’t perfect due to compatibility issues and an awkward angle.
Unboxing and Setting Up the Xebec Tri-Screen 2
The Xebec Tri-Screen 2 arrived, and I was initially daunted by the variety of cables. To ensure it worked for everyone, the product has to account for various laptop types, ports, and charging needs. Fortunately, setting up the screens at home before my trip went smoothly. I quickly arranged them around my laptop to achieve the perfect positioning.
Connecting everything required some experimentation, especially since I had to figure out the best cable setup for my specific laptop, as detailed in the helpful online videos they provide. For me, using an HDMI port plus two USB-C ports worked best, ensuring I didn’t have to worry about charging my laptop simultaneously. Your setup might differ.
A Travel Dream Come True
Within a week of receiving my screens, it was time for my first travel adventure. While the Tri-Screen 2 is lightweight (2 pounds) and can fit in your laptop bag or backpack, I chose to pack it safely in its travel box along with the necessary cables for my laptop. Most people might carry it in their travel bag, but I preferred the extra protection during my trip.
