VinFast Releases TVC For Upcoming 7-Seater EV MPV Ahead Of Launch
VinFast is all set to unveil its third offering in the Indian market—a seven-seater electric Multi-Purpose Vehicle (MPV) called the VF MPV7. With official bookings already open, the car is scheduled to hit the roads on April 15, 2026. Ahead of its launch, the brand has released a TVC showcasing the vehicle’s exterior and interior.
A Glimpse Of The MPV7
The video, shared by VinFast India on X, highlights the car’s spaciousness, comfort, and intuitive technology. Here’s what we noticed:
- Exterior Design: The VF MPV7 sports a boxy design focused on maximizing interior space. It measures 4,740 mm in length, 1,872 mm in width, 1,728 mm in height, and has a wheelbase of 2,840 mm.
- Interior Space: The MPV promises ample space for occupants with minimal overhangs, thanks to its designed form. The colour theme is black and brown dual-tone, as visible from the TVC. It features perforated leatherette upholstery, third-row seats, and rear AC vents.
- Features: While the dashboard remains concealed in the video, we see roof-mounted AC vents for rear passengers and a large 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system. The headliner is all black, suggesting a focus on comfort over advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).
Price And Competition
VinFast aims to make the MPV7 affordable by potentially skipping some ADAS features and offering essential safety equipment. With a price point below Rs 18 lakh, ex-showroom, it will compete with vehicles like the Kia Carens Clavis EV.
